Margaret Muffet was awarded ' Silver Gilt Medals' from The Royal Horticultural Society of London in three Exhibitions, 2002, 2004 and 2006, for her two series of 'Protea' and one series of 'Eucalyptus'. Her drawing and watercolour painting, her acute observational skills, also her love of plants has enabled her to achieve great accuracy in capturing the essence of her subjects. Working in botanical art since 1997 has been a great joy and is her passion.Teaching and imparting her knowledge to many students for over the past ten years has given her rewards beyond measure.
